what is dirty?

No, we didn't drop your food on the floor- Dirty refers to Chef Ian Russo’s concept of “Cooking Dirty”. Chef Ian developed a spice blend inspired by his world travels. He uses ingredients from the four corners of the world to create a unique flavor enhancer. The “Dirty” blend takes on a bit of a spicy profile but smooths out in the cooking process with the use of honey.  Using “Dirty Dust” along with a caramelizing agent (oil/honey) will transform whatever is being cooked to another taste level!
