This approach uses a special spice blend inspired by global travels, incorporating ingredients from around the world to create a distinctive flavor enhancer. The "Dirty" blend has a slightly spicy profile that mellows during cooking with the addition of honey. Using "Dirty Dust" along with a caramelizing agent (oil/honey) will elevate the flavor of any dish to a whole new level!
